Advocacy tailored to meet your needs and your budget.
Special Education Attorney or
Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate
Special Education Attorneys can average up to $500/hour. Parents seek help from a Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate because it is more cost-effective. The Special Education process is complex, with numerous compliance sources and strict timelines.
AEIOU Students LLC offers various packages depending on your needs and budget. Hourly billing for a Non-Attorney Special Education Advocate is similar to an attorney's, billed in hourly blocks or 15-minute increments. Billable time includes things like records reviews, phone calls, text messages, letter writing, meeting attendance, etc.
Sliding payment scales are available for those who meet income guidelines. Payment plans are also available. Prior to any advocacy services being provided, a Services Agreement and Payment Authorization must be completed.
